ORDERING GUIDE
Before You Decide to Place an Order for a Cake, Please Be Ready to Provide the Following Information.
1. When do you want cake?
Having a date is very important. Please check against the store closure days and time as well. In case you need cake and store is closed on that day, please plan to pickup the cake day before.
2. What size you want?
How to determine the size of the cake ?
Cake can be made in various shapes and sizes, single tier, multi tier. standard height and tall height. Most common size is round cake. Here is the portioning guide for various cake sizes. Just note, these are for references only. Actual number may vary depending upon slicing size.
Standard height vs Tall Height Cakes
Standard height of any cake is around 3 inch tall with 3 layers of sponge alternating with filling and/or frosting inside. Tall height cakes are 6 inch tall, which is double the height of standard height cake and have 6 layers of sponge alternating with filling and/or frosting inside. Tall height cakes are priced double of standard height cake.
Single Tier vs Multi tier
Cakes can range from single tier to multiple tiers, each tier can be of standard height or tall height. Depending upon the requirement.
3. What flavor do you want?
Refer to menu page to find what all flavors we are offering. Please note, not all flavors can be used to make custom cakes. Please check that.
4. What is the Occasion?
This helps us suggest cake designs for your occasion. always give little more detail. like just writing “Birthday” may not help but if it “birthday for a 10 year girl” does give us lot more information to suggest design.
5. Any design preference?
You can always choose standard design cakes. Refer to menu page for more pictures. or you can order custom design cakes suiting your occasion and theme. You can give us picture for our reference or you can give us some details on theme and design and we can suggest design accordingly.
6. Egg/Eggless?
Right now, we only offer Egg or eggless versions. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free versions at this time.
7. Any allergies we should know ?
Few cakes can be made nut free but please note, we use a facility where we can not segregate a nut free zone, so please do take your call before ordering a nut free cake.

Please read the Cancellation Policy/ Return Policy before ordering the cake.
We take 100% of the amount as advance to confirm the order. unless advanced is received, your order is not confirmed.

- Cake will look similar to the given image reference. It can not be same.
- Cake may look different from given image reference because of many reasons but not limited to following
- change in size of cake
- change in height of the cake
- change in color
CANCELLATION POLICY /RETURN POLICY
If you want to cancel order before 7 days, you will be charged 50%. Else full charges will be applied. We do not accept any change in flavor or design within 7 days of delivery date. All Sales are final. No return or exchange.
